Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup and Operation: Choose the appropriate tooling, load raw materials onto the machine, and start production cycles in accordance with pre-programmed instructions.
Blueprint Interpretation: To make sure the final product complies with the planned design, read and understand intricate engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
Quality Inspection: Conduct regular in-process inspections of parts using precise measurement instruments.
Offset Adjustments: To maintain parts within predetermined tolerances, keep an eye on machine performance and make any required tool wear or job offset adjustments.
Tooling Maintenance: To avoid part flaws and machine damage, track the life of
your tools, spot worn-out or broken inserts, and replace them.
Machine troubleshooting: Help maintenance engineers with intricate repairs by spotting and reporting small mechanical issues or alarm codes.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 10th, 12th, or Above
