Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the new machinery's on-site assembly, leveling, and electrical integration; conduct final testing to make sure the apparatus satisfies manufacturing requirements.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): To avoid unscheduled downtime, visit customer locations to carry out scheduled servicing, software updates, and wear-part replacements.
Emergency Troubleshooting: Identify mechanical, electrical, or software issues quickly in "Machine Down" scenarios and put quick remedies in place.
Warranty & Service Level Agreements (SLA): Oversee warranty claims and guarantee that all service tasks are completed within the time frames specified in the service
agreement.
Technical Reporting: Carefully record each service visit, including the parts used, the failure's underlying cause, and "Mean Time Between Failures" (MTBF) information for the design team.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
