The MIG Welder is responsible for joining metal components together using Gas Metal Arc Welding equipment. This role involves reading blueprints, preparing metal surfaces, and executing clean, structurally sound welds on various materials (primarily steel and aluminum). The focus is on achieving high-quality beads with minimal spatter while adhering to strict safety and production timelines.

Process Mastery: A thorough comprehension of the MIG/GMAW procedure.
Use of Tools: Mastery of plasma cutters, saws, grinders, and measuring tapes.
Basic understanding of how various metals respond to heat is known as metallurgy.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any ITI Graduation
