Job Description
Your Impact:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC Operator to set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up VMC machines according to job specifications and engineering drawings.
Select and install appropriate tooling.
Load and edit CNC programs.
Perform first-article inspections and ensure parts meet quality
standards.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
What you Need:
Strong knowledge of VMC machine operations and setup.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Knowledge of tooling selection and application.
Understanding of G-code programming (basic to intermediate level).
Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: Freshers
