Job Description
Who you are:
Create and carry out planned maintenance plans to use vibration analysis and thermography to spot possible problems before they happen. During unscheduled outages, breakdown management involves overseeing the prompt repair of vital equipment and doing root cause analysis (RCA) to stop recurrence. Maintain the technical store and inventory levels for essential spare parts to guarantee availability and maximize working capital. Manage the upkeep and functioning of the plant's utilities, such as boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and DG sets. To increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), track Total Productive Maintenance (KPIs)
and include shop floor operators in self-directed maintenance duties. Find ways to increase productivity and decrease manual involvement by upgrading machinery or automating tasks.
