Job Description:
Responsibilities:
System Maintenance: Create, execute, and revise the Quality Manual, Tier-level documentation, and molding-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Internal & External Audits: Oversee internal audit initiatives and serve as the main liaison for client quality audits and external certification organizations.
Management of Non-Conformance: Keep an eye on the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system, making sure that root cause studies for molding flaws are comprehensive and efficient.
Risk management: To ensure that risks are minimized, facilitate and maintain the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for the product and the molding process.
Compliance & Traceability: Make sure that all material traceability procedures are strictly followed, from batches of raw resin to completed molded parts and secondary activities.
Document Control: Ensure that the "latest version only" is accessible
on the shop floor by overseeing the lifecycle of all technical drawings, master setting sheets, and quality records.
Control the master calibration schedule for all machine sensors (thermocouples and pressure transducers), molds, and precision instruments.
Management Review: To support strategic quality goals, prepare quality performance reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
