Job Description
Duties:
System Documentation & Control: Produce, examine, and oversee the Master Document Index, which includes the Work Instructions, Forms, SOPs, and Quality Manual.
Audit Management: Organize and oversee internal quality audits for every department; serve as the main point of contact for external or third-party certification audits.
IATF 16949 Compliance: Verify that the facility satisfies certain automotive criteria, such as "Customer Specific Requirements" management.
Oversight of CAPA and 8D: Oversee Corrective and Preventive Measures a system, making sure that activities are validated for efficacy and that root-cause analysis for system failures is strong.
Management Review Meetings: Create data-driven reports that emphasize key performance indicators, such as process efficacy,
audit findings, and the cost of poor quality, for senior leadership.
Risk management: Take the lead in the organization's risk assessment procedure, spotting possible risks to the QMS and putting mitigation plans in place.
Focus Skills:
Standard Expertise: In-depth familiarity with IATF and ISO (if medical molding).
Audit Proficiency: Experienced in handling registrar audits as a certified internal or lead auditor.
Technical Writing: The capacity to create precise, unambiguous directions that convert technical molding procedures into documentation that complies with regulations.
Data analysis: The ability to monitor trends in non-conformities and audit scores using programs like Microsoft Excel or EQMS software.
