Job Description
Who you are:
Travel to customer sites to supervise, install, and commission new machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth start-up and adherence to performance specifications. Prepare comprehensive service reports detailing work performed, parts used, root cause analysis of failures, and recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades. Document common
failure modes and provide detailed technical feedback to the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve future product design and reliability. Ensure all field service tools, diagnostic equipment, and spare parts are maintained, calibrated, and accurately tracked.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
