The installation, dependability, and optimization of sophisticated industrial machinery and automated production lines fall under the purview of the high-level technical position of equipment engineer. Your main goal is to increase the manufacturing plant's "Overall Equipment Effectiveness" (OEE) and reduce downtime. By spearheading the technical strategy for high-level troubleshooting, spare parts management, and preventive maintenance, you serve as a liaison between the manufacturing floor and the machine makers. The ideal applicant
is a multidisciplinary engineer who is aware of how software automation, electrical controls, and mechanical systems work together.
Key Skills:
Technical Versatility: Excellent knowledge of electrical (PLCs, VFDs, and sensors) and mechanical (pneumatics and hydraulics) systems.
Mastery of Problem-Solving: The capacity to reason rationally under duress in crucial "Line Down" scenarios.
Project Management: Proficiency in overseeing CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) initiatives for the acquisition of new equipment.
Proficiency in reading intricate electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings.
Experience: 3 to 6 Yrs
