Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: 10th, 12th or Above
Duties:
Setup: Fill the CNC machine with pre-made tools and raw materials. Holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials must be mounted, aligned, and fastened to machines.
First-Part Inspection: Before starting the production run, run the first part and conduct a thorough inspection to confirm dimensional accuracy.
/>modifications: To ensure ongoing compliance with specifications, make the required offsets and small program modifications to account for tool wear or material differences.
Tool management involves checking tools for wear and damage and replacing or sharpening them as needed.
Safety: Strictly follow all corporate safety procedures, such as wearing the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), guarding machines, and handling materials safely.
