Job Description
Are you a Chennai-based service engineer with a solid technical background in industrial machinery, a love of troubleshooting, and a dedication to giving manufacturing clients outstanding on-site support?
Join our companys committed service team for the manufacturing industry. Installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing our gear at client locations mostly in Chennai, but maybe throughout South India will be your responsibility as a service engineer.
Responsibilities:
Install, set up, and commission new production machines and equipment on-site at the customer's location.
For reoccurring malfunctions, do root cause analysis (RCA) and put effective preventative and
remedial measures in place.
Respond to consumer comments and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
To increase clients' self-sufficiency, impart technical expertise and best practices.
Maintain a personal supply of frequently used spare parts to address typical problems quickly.
Qualification:
Knowledge of industrial automation, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to diagnostics.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
