Job Description

Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Advanced Diagnostics & Root Cause Analysis: Examine intricate, sporadic, or system-wide malfunctions in electronic assemblies that are missed by conventional testing procedures.
Prototyping and Design Support: Using early engineering sketches as a guide, create and alter high-fidelity prototypes; recommend design modifications to enhance thermal performance or assembly efficiency.
High-Precision Solder & Rework: Under a microscope, do sophisticated rework on fine-pitch components such as minuscule 0201 resistors, QFN packages, and BGA (Ball Grid Array).
Calibration and Standards Management: Oversee the internal calibration program for all manufacturing and laboratory
equipment, making sure that it is traceable to national standards.
Technical Mentorship: Educate and oversee junior technicians on ESD safety, soldering best practices, and the use of specialist testing equipment.
Test Procedure Development: For new product lines, develop and record "go/no-go" criteria, standardized testing procedures, and troubleshooting flowcharts.
