Job Description

Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Production Scheduling: Using verified customer orders and sales projections, develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Capacity Planning: Examine the availability of machinery and labor to make sure the production schedule is feasible and realistic without requiring excessive overtime or idle time.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Work with the Purchase division to guarantee that components and raw materials are supplied "Just-In-Time" (JIT) to avoid production halts.
Inventory Control: To maximize "Inventory Turn Ratio" and reduce dead stock, keep an eye on finished goods and work-in-progress
(WIP) inventory levels.
Order tracking: Monitor each job order's progress on the shop floor, spotting possible delays and rerouting resources to fulfill pressing delivery deadlines.
Bottleneck Analysis: Determine the manufacturing process's limitations and modify the timetable to keep things moving.
