Job Description
Who you are:
In order to reduce part warping and cycle time changes, it is essential to maintain and troubleshoot industrial chillers and cooling towers to ensure stable mold temperatures.In order to supply clean, moisture-free air for pneumatic actuators and part ejection systems, supervise high-efficiency air compressors and dryers. Keep an eye on and maintain the process water's quality (pH, TDS) to avoid scaling in mold cooling channels and machine heat exchangers. Keep up with plant ventilation and air conditioning systems, making sure that filtration and air changes are done correctly, especially if the mold is for the electronics or
medical industries. Monitor and cut down on water waste and Specific Energy Consumption (SEC) to achieve sustainability targets and save operating expenses.
