Job Description
To direct and supervise the upkeep and repair of all electrical and instrumentation systems in our facilities, we are looking for a highly driven and skilled E&I Supervisor. In your role as an E&I Supervisor, you will oversee a group of specialists, make sure that vital equipment is operated safely and dependably, and carry out programs for continual improvement.
What you will do:
Oversee, guide, and lead a group of E&I technicians.
Assign work, keep an eye on output, and offer coaching and feedback.
Review employee performance and respond to their concerns.
All electrical and instrumentation systems, including as motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and instrumentation, should be maintained
and repaired under your supervision.
What we need:
thorough understanding of instrumentation and electrical systems, such as drives, motors, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
shown supervisory and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide a group of people.
Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities.
strong dedication to worker safety and safety awareness.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
