Injection Moulding Store Dept Sr Engineer Position
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to lead and optimize store operations within our manufacturing environment. This key role will require a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Requirements:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce inventory holding costs.
Analyze inventory data (e.g., usage trends, lead times, demand forecasts) to identify areas for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance store operations, such as streamlining material flow, optimizing storage space, and improving material handling efficiency.
Evaluate and implement new technologies
and systems to improve inventory management, such as RFID, barcode scanning, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, including ABC analysis, FIFO/LIFO, and lean principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Qualification: Any BE Degree
