Desired Outcomes:
You will be in charge of managing your designated shift on a daily basis, which includes supervising production schedules, delegating duties, and keeping
an eye on output. Success will depend on your capacity to resolve operational problems, uphold safety regulations, and coach and inspire your staff. By evaluating performance data and putting solutions in place to increase quality and productivity, you will directly support our efforts for continuous improvement.
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
