Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Inspection and Testing: Use calibrated measurement tools to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials and completed goods.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Create and carry out inspection checklists and quality assurance plans based on engineering drawings and client specifications.
Non-Conforming Material Management: Determine whether parts should be trashed, reworked, or accepted under concession by identifying, documenting, and sorting defective items. Lead the "Red Bin" study.
Root Cause Analysis: To stop quality failures from happening again, conduct investigations into them using methods like Pareto charts, Fishbone diagrams, and the 5-Why analysis.
Instrument Calibration: Ensure traceability
to national standards by adhering to the calibration schedule for all gauges and testing apparatus.
Supplier Quality Management: To guarantee superior supply chain performance, inspect supplier facilities and assess the quality of incoming components.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
