Job Description
Maintaining and repairing technical equipment and machinery is the core responsibility of the ITI Technician. The main focus of this role is turning mechanical or electrical problems into working solutions through hands-on labor. The Technician is responsible for following technical manuals, using specialized hand tools, and performing routine service checks. Precise mechanical adjustment is required so that the production line or facility equipment remains reliable and safe for daily use.

Responsibilities
Installing equipment involves aligning and setting up new electrical fixtures or machinery in accordance with safety instructions and technical blueprints.
Preventive Maintenance: To prevent malfunctions, do routine "health checks" on tools and equipment, such as cleaning, oiling, and replacing worn-out parts.
Fault Diagnosis: Use testing meters and human observation to examine faulty equipment and determine

the underlying cause of the issue.
Repair Work: To restore 100% functionality, do manual repairs like soldering, welding, or replacing mechanical joints and wiring.
Safety Documentation: To make sure the facility satisfies quality and safety requirements, keep an accurate record of all repairs and maintenance.

Skills:
Technical Trade Knowledge: Expert instruction in a particular trade, such as motor vehicle mechanics, electricians, or fitters.
Tool Proficiency: Able to operate power tools, hand tools, and measurement devices such as multimeters or vernier calipers.
The physical capacity to handle small parts and execute precise movements in confined places is known as manual dexterity.
Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, including the application of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), is known as safety awareness.
