Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: To avoid machine failures and prolong the life of your equipment, undertake regular preventive maintenance (oiling, cleaning, and part replacement).
Troubleshooting & Repair: To promptly restore operations, identify mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues and make the required repairs.
Installation & Assembly: Follow engineering drawings and technical documentation while assembling and installing new equipment or electrical panels.
Testing & Calibration: Make sure the equipment satisfies safety regulations by testing its performance using precision measurement tools.
Fabrication & Welding: Complete simple soldering, welding, or metalworking procedures needed for equipment repair or modification.
Safety Compliance: To guarantee
a workplace free from accidents, strictly follow Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
Management of Spare components: Keep an inventory of necessary tools and replacement components, placing orders before stock levels reach dangerously low.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any ITI Graduation
