ITI Fitter Purpose in Development Setup Fit to Perform
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Marking and Fitting: Use scribers and punches to precisely mark workpieces, then use filing, grinding, or sawing to fit components together in accordance with precise requirements.
Interpretation of Blueprints: Examine and comprehend engineering drawings to ascertain the necessary dimensions and assembly order.
Precision Measurement: Before and after fitting, make sure that every component satisfies the specified tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Drilling and Threading: Run pillar drilling machines and make precise holes and internal/external threads for fixing using taps and dies.
Maintenance & Repair: Lubricate, clean, and replace worn-out components
such as bearings or seals as part of routine equipment maintenance.
Assemble intricate machinery subassemblies and make sure shafts and gears are perfectly aligned to avoid wear or vibration.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any ITI Graduation
