Job Description
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Preventative Maintenance (PM): To avoid unplanned failures, create and implement thorough PM programs for transformers, motors, switchgear, and distribution panels.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate recurrent electrical problems in-depth and put long-term engineering fixes in place to stop them from happening again.
Automation & PLC Support: PLCs, VFDs (variable frequency drives), and HMI interfaces are examples of automated control systems that need to be maintained and troubleshooted.
Substation & HT/LT Management: Manage captive power plants (DG Sets) and High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) power distribution
systems.
Team Supervision: Oversee a group of electrical technicians by assigning shifts, offering technical advice, and conducting performance reviews.
Inventory and Vendor Management: Keep essential spare parts on hand and work with outside suppliers to provide Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) or specialty repairs.
