Hiring for QMS Head Injection Moulding Plant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and astute QMS Head to spearhead and promote our Quality Management System in the injection moulding sector. Creating, putting into practice, and maintaining a strong QMS that promotes continuous improvement, guarantees adherence to national and international standards, and instills a culture of quality excellence throughout all operations—specifically for plastic injection moulding processes—will be your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
QMS Strategy & Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with strategic objectives and relevant industry standards.
Compliance & Certification: Ensure the QMS meets all regulatory requirements and lead all external and internal audits for QMS certifications, maintaining compliance and driving
audit readiness, with a focus on specific moulding process requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the injection moulding processes, leading initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to enhance quality, reduce defects like short shots, flash, warp, and improve efficiency.
Process Quality Control: Oversee the implementation of in-process quality controls, first-article inspections (FAI), and final product inspections specific to injection moulded components.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to injection moulding, analyze data, and report on QMS effectiveness to senior management, recommending strategic adjustments.
