Experience: 0–1 Year (Fresher / Junior Level)
Job Description:
Assist senior supervisors in daily production activities
Monitor shop floor operations
Help ensure production targets are achieved
Follow quality and safety standards
Coordinate with operators and workers
Maintain basic
production records and reports
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor
Basic computer knowledge
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering
