Job Description
Are you a proactive, well-organised store in-charge headquartered in Chennai who has a strong background in inventory management, especially in the injection moulding or a similar manufacturing sector, and is looking to guarantee accurate inventory and effective material flow?
Join our company's operations team as our store in-charge. We are one of Chennai's top injection moulding manufacturers. You will be in charge of managing consumables, MRO spare parts, completed goods, and raw materials accurately and efficiently. Your knowledge will be very helpful in reducing waste, guaranteeing material availability for manufacturing, and optimising our inventory.
Responsibilities:
To guarantee accuracy, put in place and keep up strong inventory control systems and practices.
Oversee the final product's packaging
and shipping, making sure all labels and paperwork are correct.
Keep both your physical inventory records and the ERP/inventory management software current and correct.
Make sure that every item is properly labelled, categorised, and stored.
Any inconsistencies or problems pertaining to inventory or material movement should be addressed and resolved.
Put best practices for inventory and warehouse management into practice.
Qualification:
Familiarity with MRO spares specific to injection moulding machinery.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
