Hiring E&I Supervisors to foster Security and Quality
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Resource Allocation: Oversee a multidisciplinary group of E&I technicians, allocating daily responsibilities and making sure that labor is used as efficiently as possible.
Work Execution & Monitoring: In accordance with project specifications, supervise the installation of cable trays, conduits, wiring, transmitters, control valves, and junction boxes.
Technical Advice: Offer practical assistance for challenging jobs including loop checking, PLC/DCS interface debugging, and high-voltage terminations.
Safety management: Make sure that Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems are strictly followed.
Schedule & Progress Tracking: Keep an eye on project timeframes
(S-curves) and give the project manager daily or weekly progress reports to spot possible delays early.
Material Management: Work with the warehouse to make sure that all necessary E&I supplies and specialty equipment are on hand before work starts.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
