Hiring Authority Head of the Quality Control Division
Job Description
To oversee our crucial QC operations at the Chennai injection moulding facility, we are looking for a Head of Department (HOD) for Quality Control who is accomplished, visionary, and extremely detail-oriented. From arriving raw materials and in-process checks to final product inspection, the HOD will be solely in charge of creating, putting into place, and maintaining strong quality control procedures across the whole injection moulding manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Create, implement, maintain, and enhance the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) on a continuous basis.
Assure efficient use of statistical process control (SPC) to track and enhance moulding operations.
Reduce
internal waste, rework, and quality-related customer refunds.
Make sure that every piece of measuring and testing equipment used in QC is accurate and dependable.
Oversee and direct the calibration program for all testing apparatus, instruments, and gauges.

outstanding abilities in analysis, data interpretation, and decision-making.
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, presenting, and verbal and writing communication abilities.
the capacity to multitask, adjust to shifting business requirements, and perform under pressure.
Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 6+ yrs
