Your Duties:
Insurance Follow-up: Make outgoing calls to US-based insurance companies to inquire about the status of outstanding or pending claims.
Denial Resolution: Talk to insurance agents about rejected claims, find out why they were rejected, and act right away to correct and submit the claim again.
Claims Research: To ensure that every call is targeted and fruitful, collect information beforehand using insurance web portals and internal billing systems.
Appeal Initiation: Determine which claims have been unfairly rejected and give the AR Analysts or
Appeals team the information they need to start a legal dispute.
Documentation: Make careful notes in the practice management software for each call, including the insurance representative's name, call reference number, and anticipated payment date.
