Key Responsibilities:
Foster a proactive and quality-focused culture by providing the injection-molded parts QC team with strong leadership and guidance.
Be a vital part of the leadership group in Chennai, promoting injection moulding quality and influencing choices
about these procedures.
Create and oversee the budget for the QC department's injection moulding quality control, making sure that funds for specialised tools and training are used effectively.
Create and preserve thorough QC records and documentation tailored to injection moulding procedures and examinations.
Encourage the use of cutting-edge QC methods and tools to ensure the quality of injection moulding.
