Handle Electrical Instrumentation Works E&I Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and oversee a group of E&I technicians by assigning daily responsibilities, keeping an eye on output, and offering technical advice.
Performance: Manage employee disciplinary matters in compliance with HR regulations and conduct routine performance reviews.
Troubleshooting: Offer expert-level diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance for complicated issues in PLCs/DCS, important instrumentation loops, and high-voltage systems.
Resource management: Arrange and acquire the specialised equipment, tools, and parts needed for large maintenance
jobs and shutdowns.
Lead the investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) of E&I-related equipment malfunctions or safety accidents, putting into practice efficient corrective measures.
Soft Skills:
Proven leadership and motivational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
