Job Description
Primary Task: to create, put into place, and oversee effective HVAC systems for Chennai's commercial, residential, and industrial developments. This position include maintaining ideal indoor air quality, temperature regulation, energy efficiency, and adherence to all applicable laws and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Use industry-standard software to perform thorough load estimates for different spaces.
During the HVAC systems' on-site installation, testing, and commissioning, supervise and offer technical assistance.
Examine cutting-edge technologies and environmentally friendly HVAC design techniques.
Create HVAC system preventative maintenance plans and protocols.
Throughout the course of the
project, create and keep thorough technical records, reports, and documentation.
Maintain connections with suppliers and vendors of HVAC services and equipment.
Required Abilities:
comprehensive knowledge of the different kinds of HVAC equipment, how to choose and use them.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and designing complicated systems.
Excellent project management abilities, including site supervision, scheduling, and planning.
