HOD of Factory Management for Moulding
Job Description
To supervise and oversee all operations within our Chennai moulding facility/department, we are looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and technically competent Head of Department (HOD). You will be in charge of making sure that moulded components are produced effectively, with excellent quality, and at a reasonable cost while satisfying exacting technical requirements, production goals, and client requests.
Responsibilities
Manage every facet of the moulding process, including the management of raw materials, the configuration of the machinery, the creation of the components, post-molding procedures, and the first quality verification.
Determine patterns and the underlying
causes of problems by analysing production data, then take appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
oversee the upkeep, repair, and efficient usage of all the department's tools and moulds.
Make sure that the moulding operations strictly adhere to all safety procedures, quality management systems, and environmental laws.
Skills:
proficiency with ERP and production management software.
Outstanding interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities.
proficiency in Tamil and English.
Educational Qualification: Any BE/CIPET Degree
Experience: 8+ yrs
