Overseeing the installation, upkeep, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems on-site is the responsibility of the E&I Supervisor, a crucial leadership position. In order to guarantee that project milestones are reached safely, on schedule, and within budget, you will oversee a group of technicians and subcontractors while bridging the gap between engineering designs and field execution. Strong people management abilities and in-depth technical knowledge of industrial E&I systems are necessary for this position. The ideal applicant is a
proactive problem-solver who can handle intricate technical drawings while upholding strict safety and quality standards on the project site or shop floor.
Key Skills:
Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems, such as loop files, SLDs, and P&IDs.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capacity to lead diverse teams and settle disputes under pressure.
Safety Focus: In-depth knowledge of industrial safety regulations and hazardous area classifications (ATEX/IECEx).
Communication: The capacity to inform management of developments and convey technical specifications to the field crew.
