Job Description
Focus: Put a lot of emphasis on the fundamental abilities needed to maintain, diagnose, and upgrade electrical systems and machinery in a manufacturing setting, with a particular emphasis on safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in Chennai.
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
What you’ll Do:
To reduce production downtime, quickly and effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical problems and breakdowns.
For electrical problems, give operators and maintenance technicians technical advice and direction.
Help with project management for the Chennai plant's electrical improvements and installations.
/>Identify and reduce possible risks by conducting routine safety inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
Enhance electrical uptime and efficiency to support Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
For specialised electrical repairs or services, work with outside vendors and service providers.
What you need:
Knowledge of various sensors, actuators, and instrumentation.
Familiarity with DG sets, UPS systems, and industrial lighting.
Strong troubleshooting skills using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
