Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Mechanical Engineering Freshers to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). This role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing, quality systems, product development, and precision engineering processes, offering a strong foundation for a long-term career

Key Responsibilities

Assist in production planning, process improvement, and manufacturing operations. Support in quality

inspections, testing, and documentation.

Work with senior engineers on new product development and process optimization. Learn and apply concepts of precision machining, plastic injection molding, tool design, and assembly processes.

Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate engineering reports, logs, and technical documentation.

Candidate Profile

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred). Strong fundamentals in mechanics, manufacturing processes, and design engineering. Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) will be an advantage.

Eager to learn and work in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
