Graduate Engineer Paintshop Maintenance Role
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and specialized Paintshop Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and optimization of all equipment within our paint shop, ensuring smooth operations, consistent paint quality, and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Implement and execute robust preventive maintenance schedules for robotic paint systems, conveyors, curing ovens, spray booths, and associated fluid delivery systems. Perform timely troubleshooting and corrective repairs to minimize production interruptions.
/>Equipment Optimization: Analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures, and propose/implement solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall paint quality.
System Management: Manage and maintain paint circulation systems, pumps, spray applicators, and comprehensive ventilation/filtration systems to ensure optimal paint application and environmental control within the paint shop.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities in the paint shop adhere to strict safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.
