Job Description
To supervise and manage a particular production line in our Chennai manufacturing facility, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Line Incharge. You will be in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly and effectively, upholding quality standards, and managing a group of production operators to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee and plan the work of production workers on a designated Chennai production line.
Make ensuring that the production goals and schedules for the particular line are followed.
Keep an eye on product quality and make sure quality standards are being
followed.
Report serious faults and troubleshoot minor equipment problems.
On the line, enforce safety rules and encourage a secure workplace.
Give queue operators direction, instruction, and assistance.
Skills:
strong knowledge of line production procedures.
the capacity to inspire and guide a group of people.
strong ability to solve line operations-related problems.
fundamental understanding of quality control methods.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
