Responsibilities
Component Assembly: Learn how to use power and hand tools to fit, bolt, screw, or pad-bond components together.
Blueprint Reading: To comprehend the assembly procedure, learn how to read and comprehend simple technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions (SOPs).
Quality Verification: To make sure that completed parts fulfill the necessary requirements, conduct simple visual checks and use basic measuring instruments.
/>Soldering and Wiring: To ensure safe and hygienic connections, learn the fundamentals of soldering or wire routing for electrical components.
Line Maintenance: To guarantee a secure and effective working environment, keep the workstation neat and orderly in accordance with the 5S principles.
Safety Adherence: Adhere strictly to all industrial safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, such as safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection.
Skills:
Strong hand-eye coordination and the capacity to manage large or small, delicate components are examples of manual dexterity.
Technical aptitude is the ability to understand how machines operate and a fundamental interest in electronics or mechanics.
Attention to Detail: The capacity to adhere to detailed instructions without omitting important steps in the assembly process.
