Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Duties:
Daily Management: Monitor daily production activities, ensuring machinery, equipment, and processes work efficiently to fulfil planned production schedules and output targets.
Troubleshooting: Act as the key technical resource on the floor, swiftly diagnosing and addressing immediate production difficulties, equipment failures, and process deviations to
minimise downtime.
Cycle Time Reduction: Analyse production data and procedures to identify bottlenecks and execute engineering solutions to reduce product cycle times.
Optimisation: Fine-tune equipment parameters, machine speeds, and tooling to maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and preserve product quality.
Documentation: Make sure the company's Quality Management System is followed and that all production and process change records are kept up to date.
