Experience: 5+ years of Experience
Qualification: Any Diploma/BE Degree
Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and production targets while optimizing resource utilization. Monitor production progress, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion
of production orders. Supervise and motivate production teams, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address employee concerns
