Eligibility / Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Experience in International Voice Process
Exposure to US Healthcare / Medical Billing is mandatory
Willingness to work in night shifts
Strong listening and customer-handling skills
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound international voice
calls professionally
Communicate clearly with US-based clients/customers
Manage healthcare-related queries and medical billing processes
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with process guidelines
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain call standards
Salary Details:
1 year experience: Up to 3 LPA
1 2 years relevant experience (International Voice / US Healthcare / Medical Billing): Up to 3.6 LPA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25k - 35kper month
