Form the Pillar of Manufacturing as a Production Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process Design: To increase productivity, decrease cycle time, and optimize output, design, develop, and implement new or enhanced production processes, machinery, and workflows.
Line Balancing: To guarantee effective job distribution across assembly stations and lessen bottlenecks, conduct time studies and line balancing exercises.
Process Control: Create, execute, and manage process control documentation, such as Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality Interfacing: Make sure that all production procedures follow the Quality Management System (QMS) and pertinent
quality standards by collaborating closely with the Quality department.
Capital Projects: Specify, defend, and oversee the installation and commissioning of new machinery, fixtures, and production equipment.
Soft Skills:
outstanding analytical, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management abilities to oversee efforts to enhance processes.
Proficiency in communication to engage with upper management and shop floor operators.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
