Job Description
Duties:
Bilingual Support: Use English for internal documentation and system navigation while competently answering incoming and outgoing calls, mostly in Malayalam.
Resolution of Query: Respond to client inquiries about technical assistance, billing, or service requests by offering precise and prompt answers.
Tone & Etiquette: To gain the trust of callers who speak Malayalam, keep your tone courteous and helpful while making sure to employ the proper regional subtleties.
Escalation Management: Determine and notify the customer of complicated or unsolved issues as they are escalated to the proper department.
Performance Excellence: Reach key performance indicators (KPIs) such customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings, average handling

time (AHT), and first call resolution (FCR).
Product Knowledge: To give customers the most pertinent information, stay current on the company's goods, services, and special offers.

Focus Skills:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken Malayalam, either native or almost native; reading and writing Malayalam is a bonus.
English Proficiency: The ability to read training manuals and input data into software that is based in English.
Active listening is the capacity to swiftly comprehend the demands of the client and provide empathetic, clear responses.
Multitasking: The ability to use a computer while speaking with a customer (typing at a speed of 20–25 words per minute).
