Site - Manufacturing industry
Facility - Living + Travelling + Canteen
Role Responsibilities :
To attend all type of safety Incident/Accident.
To prepare Implemented Safety Policy Objectives.
To conduct
safety committee meeting and MOM to be circulated to Concerned Dept.
Implementation of Hazardous Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA)
conducting daily work place inspection round Capture Unsafe Act Unsafe Condition.
All Accident, Incident, near miss reported investigated. Find the exact root cause with help of WHY-WHY Analysis Tech.
Report of any safety related issues, given information to Plant Manager
Carried out internal Safety Audit in plant premises Prepare audit report for management reference.
Statutory compliance with MP
