Job Description
Your Contribution:
Gauging Strategy: Develop a comprehensive gauging strategy for new and existing injection moulded parts, determining critical to quality features that require specialized checking.
Tolerance Analysis: Ensure gauge and fixture design incorporates appropriate wear allowance and tolerance stack-up analysis to accurately reflect product specifications.
Dimensional Verification: Coordinate initial layout inspections and CMM checks of new gauges/fixtures before their release to the production
floor.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, controlled documentation for all gauges, including design files, R&R reports, calibration certificates, and maintenance history.
Compliance: Ensure all gauging and measurement systems comply with ISO 9001 and industry-specific quality standards
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
