Full Description
FG Engineer Grow with a Leading Manufacturing Brand
Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Challenges:
The injection moulding industry is accelerating toward a future of zero-defect dispatch, fully automated final assembly cells, and seamless product traceability from the moulding press to the customer's hands. The demand is for Finished Goods Engineers who can master both final component quality (aesthetics, fit, and function) and the efficiency of secondary/packaging operations, ensuring the final product reflects the highest standards of manufacturing precision. Our vision is to eliminate field failures and deliver a perfect product experience every time.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for defining, monitoring, and optimizing all processes related to the product after it leaves the moulding
machine, up to shipment. This includes establishing and enforcing Final Quality Audit Protocols (AQL levels), developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for secondary operations (e.g., ultrasonic welding, printing, degating, component insertion), and optimizing final packaging processes to minimize transit damage. Your tasks will involve leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any customer or field quality returns, ensuring dimensional conformity post-assembly, managing the release of finished goods inventory, and driving continuous improvement in the final assembly cell through Lean principles. Your rigorous focus on both quality control and operational efficiency will be essential in guaranteeing market-ready excellence.
We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
Warm Regards,
