Job Description
Duties:
Inventory Management: Oversee the physical stock of finished products, ensuring system stocks match physical counts through regular cycle counting and Wall-to-Wall audits.
Dispatch Planning: Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics teams to prepare daily dispatch schedules based on customer priority and transport availability.
Packaging Standards: Ensure all products are packed according to specified standards to prevent damage during transit.
Warehouse Optimization: Implement efficient storage strategies such as FIFO and FEFO to prevent stock obsolescence.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage all outbound documentation, including Delivery Challans, Invoices, Packing Lists, and E-Way bills.
/>Loading Supervision: Oversee the safe loading of goods onto trucks or containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing of cargo.
5S & Safety: Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the FG warehouse and ensure all material handling equipment are maintained and operated safely.
Focus Skills:
competence with ERP systems for transactions involving inventories.
solid knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
familiarity with both domestic and international shipping documentation and logistics requirements.
outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to precisely handle large amounts of data.
