Job Description:
The end-to-end development of complex electronic hardware is the responsibility of the Senior Electronics Engineer, a technical leadership position. From initial circuit simulation and whiteboarding to high-density PCB layout and full-scale manufacture, you will be in charge of the architectural design of complicated systems. You are expected to oversee hardware-firmware integration, mentor younger engineers, and resolve complex signal integrity problems as a senior member of the engineering team. A subject matter expert in embedded systems or power electronics who can strike a compromise between cutting-edge innovation and strict reliability and compliance standards is the ideal candidate.
Key Duties:
System Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural definition of electronic devices, selecting core chipsets (MCUs, FPGAs, SoCs) and
creating complicated power management and signal chains.
High-Speed PCB Design: Supervise or carry out intricate multi-layer PCB designs, controlling thermal limitations and guaranteeing the best routing for high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, USB 3.0).
Signal & Power Integrity: Reduce crosstalk, electromagnetic interference, and power rail noise by using sophisticated simulations and analysis to guarantee signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI).
Oversight of Embedded Firmware: Work closely with firmware teams to establish hardware-software interfaces (HAL) and guarantee smooth integration of low-level drivers.
guidance & Code Review: To guarantee best practices, conduct thorough design reviews for schematics and PCB layouts and offer staff and junior engineers technical guidance.
