Exploit international guidelines as a Quality Engineer
Job Description
Within the manufacturing plant, the quality engineer is the main defender of the integrity of the product and the reputation of the brand. Designing, implementing, and overseeing quality control systems to guarantee that each unit leaving the production line satisfies both internal requirements and global regulatory standards is your main task. You are in charge of determining the underlying causes of flaws, promoting a "quality-first" mentality within the production team, and advancing continuous improvement using data-driven analysis. An analytical problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a thorough knowledge of statistical process control, Six Sigma, and ISO standards is the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities
Quality Planning & Control: Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inspection checklists, and Quality Assurance (QA) plans for raw materials, in-process manufacturing, and completed goods.
Use statistical methods to track production stability, spot patterns, and anticipate possible quality variations before they lead to scrap. This is known as statistical process control, or SPC.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use tools

such as the 8D report, 5-Whys, and Fishbone diagrams to lead investigations into non-conformances and make sure that flaws are not only addressed but also kept from happening again.
Supplier Quality Management: Coordinate on quality improvement projects and audit and assess suppliers to make sure incoming raw materials fulfill the necessary technical requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives to minimize scrap, rework, and customer returns in order to lower the "Cost of Poor Quality" (COPQ).

Skills:
Proficiency in Minitab, MS Excel, and SPC software is indicative of analytical expertise.
Knowledge of metrology: proficiency using exacting tools such as gauges, CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), micrometers, and vernier calipers.
A thorough understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) constitutes methodological rigor.
Communication: The capacity to provide top management with data-driven conclusions and create concise technical reports.

We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
