Job Description
Are you a quality engineer situated in Chennai who is analytical and careful and who is driven to maintain the highest standards of process efficiency and product quality in a manufacturing setting?
Participate actively in preserving and enhancing the calibre of our produced items and procedures by joining our dedicated Quality Assurance team in Chennai. We provide a disciplined and demanding work environment where your experience will directly impact our production success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Create, put into practice, and uphold quality control standards and procedures for our Chennai manufacturing operations while abiding by pertinent industry laws and client demands.
Create thorough quality reports that include trend analysis, non-conformance reports, inspection data, and CAPA paperwork.
To
resolve quality issues, put process enhancements into place, and guarantee the smooth integration of quality standards, work closely with Chennai's engineering, manufacturing, and other departments.
Verify adherence to pertinent quality management systems (such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, depending on the industry in Chennai).
Qualification:
Familiarity with relevant quality management systems and their implementation (e.g., ISO 9001).
Proficiency in using statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
